Plus recently acquired 1516 2nd Ave with joint venture partner Pinnacle Fame Development, and is planning to construct approximately 450-500 new homes centered on Second Avenue between Pike and Pine Street.

The project will be designed by the award-winning HEWITT architecture team, and will join a family of historic and new buildings which nestle around the city’s heartbeat: Pike Place Market.

ELEV8 Bellevue Center is a new 3.1 million sf luxury mixed-use community, strategically located in heart of the Bellevue, Washington. The development is funded by Plus affiliate Plus Investment (USA), Inc. and will consist of four towers, which includes a combination of high-rise residential, luxury hotel, retail, restaurants, entertainment and office uses.  The development will sit on a 4.62 acre site encompassing half a super block in downtown Bellevue. The site’s large size and scale will allow for a synergistic and unique development showcasing world renowned architecture and expansive landscaped pedestrian plazas, making it one of the most ambitious and luxurious developments in the Western United States.

Shoresmith is a 113-unit condo development project is located at the intersection of Republican Street and Minor Ave N in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood.  Named after a legend of a fictional historical Seattle persona, the ‘values’ of the Shoresmith project is intended to create Comfort, Inclusivity, Serenity, Nature and Ease.  Shoresmith will feature a for-sale option at a price point that few places in Seattle can offer.  This ‘value-proposition’ will start with homes in the $300,000's to the $700,000's.

The project’s amenities will include a corner retail space, a ground-floor library and social room, along with a second-floor fitness room and an expansive outdoor patio and ‘community room.’  The top of the building, which features views of the Space Needle, Lake Union, the South Lake Union, Queen Anne and Capitol Hill neighborhoods.  A building concierge will be on hand 12 hours a day.
