Plus recently acquired 1516 2nd Ave with joint venture partner Pinnacle Fame Development, and is planning to construct approximately 450-500 new homes centered on Second Avenue between Pike and Pine Street.

The project will be designed by the award-winning HEWITT architecture team, and will join a family of historic and new buildings which nestle around the city’s heartbeat: Pike Place Market.

Cloudvue (formerly ELEV8)

Rising from the highest point in Downtown Bellevue, Cloudvue is a sustainable office-focused, transit-oriented, pedestrian and bike-friendly, mixed-use project. Cloudvue is Bellevue’s largest master-planned development, promoting collaboration and innovation through the perfect balance of jobs, housing and unique amenity offerings. The Shoresmith is a 113-unit development located in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Amenities include rooftop terrace with BBQ grills and 180 degree views of Lake Union, rooftop pet relief area, pet wash, fitness center, and work lounge. Shoresmith was completed in September, 2021. This ‘value-proposition’ will start with homes in the $300,000's to the $700,000's.

The project’s amenities will include a corner retail space, a ground-floor library and social room, along with a second-floor fitness room and an expansive outdoor patio and ‘community room.’  The top of the building, which features views of the Space Needle, Lake Union, the South Lake Union, Queen Anne and Capitol Hill neighborhoods.  A building concierge will be on hand 12 hours a day.

Of course, the most significant amenity will be the proximity and livelihood of the South Lake Union neighborhood with all that it has to offer.
