Plus Capital Partners is a Seattle based real estate investment and development firm, focused on creating profitable investments thru responsible development and management of real property.
Plus Capital Partners, and local asset management partner, Plus Investment (USA), Inc., specialize in the investment, development and ownership of distinctive mixed-use developments in the Greater Puget Sound area.
The Plus executive team has managed virtually all phases of development for both high-rise and mid-rise multi-family and mixed-use development in the greater Seattle area. With more than 70 years of combined real estate development experience, they have overseen all phases of development, entitlement construction and sales including due diligence, market analysis, proforma evaluation, raising and negotiating third party equity joint-venture capital, as well as construction and permanent debt.

GEORGE LIU (Liu Gang), Chairman & Principal Owner
George is founder and principal owner of Plus Investment (USA), Inc. and Plus Capital Partners in Seattle, as well as other Plus affiliates in Hong Kong and China, including Sotheby’s International Realty’s first independently operated offices in Beijing and Hainan, China. Since graduating from Bridgeport University with an MBA in 2003, Mr. Liu Gang has focused primarily on investment and trade between the U.S. and China. Since starting his first real estate investment firm in Seattle in 2004, he has seen his U.S. investment portfolio grow from an initial $1 million investment to over $100 million in current value, and over $1 billion developable value. As leader of the Sotheby’s International Realty companies in China and owner of Plus Capital Partners, he overseas over 110 employees in the U.S. and China. George received a bachelor's degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1997 and received a master's degree in Business Administration from Bridgeport University in 2003.
KEVIN CORBETT, CEO & Partner
Kevin is the CEO of Plus Investment and co-founder of Plus Capital Partners, LLC. Since starting his first business in 1990 in Qingdao, China, Kevin has extensive experience in venture formation and start-ups both in China and the U.S. Kevin is an active real estate developer and investor in Seattle area, joining George Liu in 2004 as a partner in several mid-rise and high-rise multi-family mixed-use residential projects in Seattle, overseeing acquisition, entitlement & development. As CEO of Plus, he currently manages between $200-300M in new ground up mixed-use residential development projects annually. Kevin received his BS degree in Computer Science and Business from the University of Puget Sound, and completed post graduate studies in the Chinese language at the Monterey Institute of International Studies and Beijing Normal University.
KEITH HENRICKSON, Senior Advisor
With over 25 years of construction and project management experience, Keith is one of the only project directors to have managed a two tower 450 foot high-rise condominium development in downtown Bellevue. As Project Director for Gerding Edlen Development, Keith managed the design, entitlement, construction and cost control for the 1.5 million square foot luxury high-rise condominium project known as the Bellevue Towers. Keith also managed the start-up of Swinerton Builders as a Senior Vice President and Division Manager from 2001-2004, and managed the Seattle area for multi-national PCL Construction as Development Manager from 1989-1998, both large multi-national construction companies.
ANDREW SPELMAN, Director of Development & Construction
Andrew brings over 15 years of construction and development experience to the Plus team. He provides well-rounded management skills relating to team relations, risk mitigation and project delivery on varying size and types of projects, with a strong focus on mixed-use developments. He possesses strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, budget tracking which guiding the team to meet and exceed the project design goals. Andrew has a wide range of experience from large civil infrastructure projects, hospitality, residential and healthcare projects. A strong focus on the overall development end goals are brought to the table at every step of the way. His background in both the general contractor role and owner’s consultant role has formed a great foundation to lead projects to successful implementation on all fronts. Andrew received his Construction Engineering Management and Business Management degrees from Oregon State University.
BO PENG, Finance Manager
Bo has extensive experience on real estate financial management. His primary responsibilities includes underwriting new investment opportunities, project capital financing closing, corporate and project financial modeling, budgeting, controlling and analysis, and preparing monthly financial report and comments for both equity and debt side. He received his CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) license in 2016 and Legal Professional Qualification Certificate (China) in 2017. Bo received his BS degree in Real Estate Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and MS degree in Real Estate from University of Washington.
KARA LIU, Office Manager
With a savvy background in business and international real estate investment, Kara oversees the cashflow and budget control for Plus Capital Partners, LLC, and is the go to person for business operations. She has over six years of experience in accounting and property management. Kara earned a B.S. of Finance in Investment from the University of Ulster in the UK, moving on to obtain a Master’s Degree in International Management from Portland State University.
CHRISTOPHER WANG, Business Development & Communications Manager
Chris brings new entrepreneurial energy and a unique hospitality perspective to Plus management. Chris oversees Plus branding, marketing and business development. He has a certificate in Hotel Industry Analytics, and completed an internship with Hilton Hotels prior to joining Plus. Chris received his B.S. in Management Communication from Cornell University.
